Love feedback like this from visitors this last weekend, embracing the natural resources on offer...
"Thank you for all your help. We all had a beautiful weekend at the farm. It was all our family. We did it for mums birthday. She loved it.
We will definitely be back. Already trying to plan to come back.
Yesterday afternoon we went to the Nikau caves.
We rode over the farm and along the beach.
We do Endurance riding so was great to get in some miles with our horses."

The Farm House at Waikorea Beach is now available Waitangi Day through to & including the weekend. Great beach for walking, exploring, horse ridding, fishing.

Due to issues outside of our control, the Sky Tv is not expected to be working but who needs tv in a location like this anyway!

For those that asked for more info...
This rustic holiday home is located on the coast half way between Raglan & Port Waikato in the farming area of Te Akau/Matira.
Four bedrooms sleep up to 10 people (8 as singles) in comfy beds (BYO bedding), 2 lounges, fully equipped kitchen, sky TV, free wifi, woodburner(&heat pump) & extensive rural views. The beach is about 2km away along a private farm track.
Horse riders are welcome to bring their own horses and utilise access to beach through private land. Riding through the farm is also available. There is a paddock (about an 1 acre) for horses, easily dividable by tape complete with water trough.
For cyclists, the property is halfway along the popular Raglan to Port Waikato Limestone trail & there are lots of other biking options on gravel roads close by including the Nikau Caves & Cafe loop.
Likewise there are some good coastal walking options available.
Larger groups (ie Pony club camps) can be catered for by request.

The house is slowly being redecorated & grounds being developed. Best described as "comfortable" not flash.

Minimum 2 night stay is $500 (includes house & paddock for 2 nights).
Available from 1 September to 30 May or by request.

Available for bookings summer 24/25. Been out of action due to painting/window replacements & bridge replacement but ready to go again from Spring. Riders - plan your time with us around low tides at sensible hours = such an amazing experience. Use Raglan tide times.
