Since 2016 we've been measuring our net promoter score.
The NPS is calculated based on responses to a single question:
How likely is it that you would recommend our company to a friend or colleague?
NPS can be as low as −100 (all detractors) or as high as +100 (all promoters).
An NPS that is positive (i.e., higher than zero) is felt to be good and an NPS of +50 or over is excellent.
Not all companies publish there NPS but we decided to share ours with you again this year because it verifies that we are focused on creating the best experiences for our customers, and that as well as listening to customer feedback, we are also transparent about the metrics.
With a Net Promoter Score of 91, our customers are saying that we don't just talk the talk, we walk the walk!
