Our client was losing water through their feed pad trough. This cause wastage of a precious resource all year round and posed a critical situation throughout the summer months. Not only from wasting water, but excess wear and tear on the pump, as well as runoff being collected and redistributed as waste water over the paddocks.
We grinded and removed previous attempts to fix the leaks, Chem washed it to removed any oils and grease and resurfaced the interior with a water proofing cement based product.

Our client had some broken centre blocks in their pit.
Currently milking twice a day.
We were able to cut out and repair the broken block work.
This product cures to 25Mpa in 24hrs, 55Mpa in 7 days and 65Mpa in 28 days.
All completed ready for RE: inspection with no delays to thier milking schedule.
A maintenance schedule is in place for a repaint later in the lactation cycle.
