New Zealand's national treasure, Bluff oysters 🦪, are said to be the greatest in the world. Every year between March and August, these delicate and delicious shellfish are dredged along the Southland coasts. ⚓🌊
Bluff oysters are famous for their distinct flavour, which originated in the pure, chilly waters of the Foveaux Strait, one of the few natural oyster beds in the world!
