Elderslea Manor is a restored historic home with luxury apartment accommodation close to Upper Hutt CBD in the heart of the Hutt Valley, Wellington Region New Zealand. ile carpet and enjoy the facilities we have to offer! The Manor was extensively and lovingly refurbished in 2013, and each suite features a modern, custom designed interior with quality furnishings. Guests have a choice of a ground floor fully self-catering suite with a rainforest shower or first floor suite with kitchenette and a two-person spa bath with shower. Each suite has its own kitchenette facilities for self-catering, kitchen/living space, modern bathrooms, and opens to the outdoor garden in which to relax. The East Wing Spa suite has a separate bedroom with a queen bed whilst the Maids Quarters suite has a family lounge/ bedroom with a single and queen bed installed, making it suitable for family use. With free Wi-Fi, an outdoor pool & spa in a Mediterranean setting with BBQ & garden furniture for entertaining and relaxing, and access to the local tennis courts and children's playgrounds situated behind the property. Elderslea Manor is now closed. We have sold this beautiful home and moved on to our retirement - long overdue.
Thank you to all our lovely guests of the past 11 years - we have made many friends along the way.
The new owners will not be operating the accommodation business so we can no longer take bookings.
We hope that the new owners will love and maintain the house as we have done and continue to preserve it for future generations. It certainly is a historic house in Upper Hutt and there are too few left of them.
I shall be writing a book of the history of Acrefield/Elderslea Manor so if anyone has any information - historical or personal - that they would like to submit, please do get in touch.

We are about to retire after having lovingly restored Elderslea Manor and operated as a boutique accommodation for the past 11 years. This iconic home and income in Upper Hutt is now for sale and can continue to be operated as an accommodation business or would be perfect for a large/blended family especially if you need a separate suite for a relative.
