If you need some extra space, or you have extra family you can rent out the bottom floor in addition to the top floor for an extra $75 per night, (max 6)bedroom 1 has a queen, bedroom 2 has bunks, bedroom 3 has bunks,

The beach house has 2 floors, the top floor we call the penthouse it has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, and the most gorgeous views. It sleeps 6. Bedroom 1 has a queen, bedroom 2 has a queen, bedroom 3 has 2 singles, this will be rented for $100 per night, a minimum of 2 nights, to a maximum of 6 people

This is our family beach house. It’s close to the beach, close to the shops, has gorgeous views of the sea.. The cost to rent is $100 per night for the top floor (penthouse) maximum of 6 people, minimum of 2 nights, anymore than 6 people then the bottom floor (dungeon) needs to be rented as well, an extra $75 per night.
