Thank you for the photos. I had great pleasure in participating in your tour. I had a fantastic time from the beginning to the end of the tour. Our guide was very competent, friendly, humorous, and attentive.

I did all of the Waitomo cave tours in the area in 3 days, and Down to Earth - Waitomo Eco Cave Tours was my absolute favourite. This cave is very magical, and it was fun to be so close to the stones and glowworms.

A huge shout out to the Te Kuiti emergency services who responded so quickly yesterday.

Unfortunately, some of our customers were involved in a head-on car accident. Thankfully, everyone walked away with just a few scratches and bruises.

Even at this busy time of year the emergency services arrived in just over 10 minutes, which is incredible considering how remote we are!

A big thank you to everyone who helped, and a reminder to drive safely and always keep left!

COVID who? Our visitor numbers are up and breaking all kinds of personal records. We are meeting loads of new friends from all over the world every day! Now summer has arrived we are booking out most weeks—this week, we have only got 2 spaces left, and the week has just started!
