Great location, approximately 5-7minute drive to Wanaka shops and lake front. Short stroll to the famous patisserie, Albert town pub, Clutha River and outlet track.
Easy access to Cardrona, Treble Cone Ski Fields and Snow Farm and all that Wanaka and Queenstown Lakes district has to offer.
Numerous mountain bike tracks are nearby, including Sticky Forest, Outlet Track and Deans Bank.
The house soaks up all day sun, has a large heatpump in the lounge and an additional heatpump in the hall. The dining and living areas feature mountain views.
The house has sky tv also netflix. There is unlimited internet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances, you even have an airfryer.
Two bedrooms feature queen beds and the third has 2 sets of bunks (best suited to children). There is also a large double glazed sleep out that has a king bed and a set of bunks and it’s own heat pump for your comfort.
Plenty of space for cars or the boat in the driveway. There is a large trampoline and kids swing set.
The full laundry has washing machine and dryer. There are two bathrooms, a main bathroom with a bath and separate toilet and an ensuite off the main bedroom.
Full linen is provided for your stay.
