Megisti is a 42-foot luxury sailing catamaran, surveyed to take up to 20 people, normally Sailing in Wellington harbor may be request in the Marlborough Sounds, Abel Tasman, Nelson and Christchurch! Megisti offers many facilities to boost the wow factor whatever your cruise may be... Including

- Fully Air-conditioned, closed in inside table and seating area (in case the weather gets bad) and out

door table/seating area

- Full galley with crockery and cutlery for 20 guests, with a BBQ

- 3 standup paddle boards, 2 kayaks, Fishing equipment, wetsuits (limited available and various sizes)

- 3 warm showers, and 3 toilets available

- Dingy for transfers and pick up’s from islands or beaches

- Full Liquor License

- Fusion sound system with sub-woofer and i-pod dock station, with speakers surrounding all areas of the boat

- 2 tables (one inside, one outside)

- Espresso coffee machine and microwave

- Underwater blue LED lights, to give the touch of the tropics and to attract fish at night

- SSB, VHF radios, radar, safety equipment exceeding MSA standards

Friday 9th feb, best day ever for wellington harbour and Megisti Sailing!!we had high 20’s, light winds, sun, dolphins and great passengers ...even penguins!!

Wellington anniversary weekend....Saturday ...and dolphins back over in Petone area with us!!

The storm that went through Wellington is over! Sailed today 15th July and no wind at all.... but came across 10 penguins and a small seal in the murky waters! No sails until 5th august as skipper is on holiday!!!!

Great week of sailing with majority of Lions fans and what a great bunch!! Winter maintenance under way and sorry if we can't get out on these nice winters days at present, but we will be looking good soon!! This is Sheik and baby seal in Seaview Marina ...and neighbours boat ..

Merry middle of the year time to the sailors out there!! Cold is the weather word, hot is the experience on Megisti!! Book for the Lions tour week end of this month and don't forget to think about this coming spring/ summer sail party on Megisti!!
