Looking for some tips and tricks to make your next trip to Hong Kong epic?

Our Processor, Jess has recently returned from a holiday in Hong Kong, and she shares her experience!

Choosing to stay in Causeway Bay, we were perfectly located in Hong Kong’s central district, with excellent shopping and dining options right on our doorstep! My husband and I made the most of our trip and immersed ourselves in Hong Kong’s vibrant culture and culinary scene, with a brief excursion to Macau - dubbed, “Vegas of the East”. 🏙️

Nearby, the Tsim Sha Tsui and Mong Kok areas are bursting with markets, and Sneaker Street is a must-visit for shoe enthusiasts.

For day trips, I recommend Sai Kung. This charming neighbourhood is perfect to stroll around and take in the local life, and stay into the evening to enjoy delicious Cantonese-style seafood dishes for dinner.

Navigating your way around Hong Kong is a breeze. Both taxis and Ubers are available, and the MTR underground system is efficient – you can even set up your MTR account in New Zealand, allowing you to tap through station gates effortlessly 🚉

Our manager, Hayley took a trip of a lifetime, spotting wild animals in their natural habitat 🦁

If you’re a fan of the open roads, or seeing where the wind takes you, you might like to hear more about Ruth's unforgettable road trip through the Southern US!

🚗✨ From the vibrant streets of New Orleans to the soulful sounds of Nashville and Memphis, each city was a gem but it was the unexpected detours that truly made our journey special!

One spontaneous turn led us to Hot Springs National Park - what a hidden treasure! We had no idea what to expect, but it turned out to be a fantastic discovery worth revisiting.

Another day, we found ourselves driving from Atlanta to the stunning start of the Appalachian Trail, a beautiful adventure we hadn't planned but now can't stop dreaming about. The scenery felt like stepping into a scene from Moonshiners - pure magic!

While our planned stops were incredible, it’s those unexpected moments that transform a great trip into a truly memorable adventure. 🌄💖
