Due to the severe weather effects of Cyclone Gabrielle in New Zealand. Delays to deliveries to some areas in the North Island have been reported by our courier partners Post Haste's Pass the Parcel service and Aramex Couriers. We apologise for the delays and hope you are managing to keep safe.

Our office will be closed for Christmas this year from Friday, 3pm December 23rd and will reopen on Thursday 29th of December. During this time, all phone calls will go to voicemail and responded to when we can. Any orders from the website will be dispatched once our office reopens on Thursday the 29th of December.

The Butt Buffer NZ & Australia website (ButtBuffer.co.nz) and Smartproducts website (SmartProducts.co.nz) will be taken offline today for annual updates and maintenance that we normally undertake at this time of year. During this time you will not be able to place orders or view the online cart. This normally only takes a day.

But there is no need to worry. Our design team are working behind the scenes which is why it looks a bit messy. Whanganui is back in Alert Level 2. Our website is open and all orders will be dispatched as per regular courier pickups again.
