On behalf of the team, we wish you a happy and healthy festive season. Stay safe and we look forward to seeing you in 2025.
As we wind down for Christmas, travel never sleeps, and our customers are never on their own. We always have someone on call to help for travel emergencies.

We have staff available throughout the holiday period and any of the branches are able to assist you for general enquiries.

Our office hours over the Christmas break are:
Friday 20th December - 5pm CLOSED
Monday 23rd December - Friday 3rd January - CLOSED
Monday 6th January - Normal hours resume

Urgent Travel assistance
If you are travelling or you have travel booked over the holiday period and you need urgent assistance please refer to your travel documentation for contact details. Call out fees may apply.

In the case of last minute flight schedule changes, please work with the airline concerned and allow them time to find you new travel arrangements. If possible please give them this time prior to contacting us for assistance as often times they have solutions we cannot see our end.

Until your heart is content and your mind is at peace means achieving new adventures, heartfelt peace and inner happiness.
Sometimes, getting so used to your normal life can be challenging and life can throw anything at you. To me, a holiday away is my peace and happiness. I believe that your mind becomes clearer and your happiness truly does shine through experiencing a different country and their cultures. I believe everyone deserves to see the amazing world out there.

What is the most memorable itinerary you have booked?
My most memorable itinerary I have booked for my clients is their 1 month dream trip to Australia booked for July 2025, from flying to planning on doing over 7 trains! From The Ghan, Indian pacific, the overland and from staying in Perth, Adelaide, Darwin, Cairns, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and so much more! Sending my clients on their dream trips is truly the highlight of why I love doing what I do and it makes me feel like I am experiencing the world with them. I cannot wait to hear their feedback on this trip.
