I really enjoy the "meeting people" part of this work. Met a great couple, Mitch & Amber, who unfortunately couldn't have the property they wanted with me because the owner didn't want dogs but that didn't stop me helping them find somewhere else, even though it didn't end up being one of mine.
I am a firm believer in "what goes around comes around" - Good people deserve support where I can regardless.

Someone called me this the other day😆
I don't just work with landlords to find tenants for their properties I will also work actively in the Whangarei Heads area to find properties for good tenants.
Sometimes it's just a case of finding a specific property for particular tenants.
It might mean that I pass them on to other landlords or agents but ultimately its more about helping people on both sides of the process
