Wakan is a village inspired by imagination.It located in Al Batinah Region.It is characterized by a flower season that extends for 3 weeks in February. These flowers are the beginning of the appearance of apricots, followed by the harvest of the fruits in April and May. In the village of “Wakan”, there are many agricultural terraces along the valley extending from the borders of the village. وكان قرية من وحيّ الخيال تقع في محافظة الباطنه... تتميز بموسم الأزهار يمتد ل٣ اسابيع من شهر فبراير و هذه الازهار هي بداية ظهور ثمار المشمش ويليها جنيّ الثمار في شهريّ ابريل و مايو ،وتنتشر في قرية “وكان” العديد من المدرّجات الزراعية على طول الوادي الممتد من حدود القريه.

Al Alam Palace is one of the oldest palaces in the Sultanate of Oman.
