In 1971 the Zahara Travel and Services Bureau was set up with the concept of making Sultanate of Oman the next travel destination for the world. Over the next forty years it went on to established itself as a leading player in the travel and tourism industry of Oman.

Understanding the problems faced by their customers, Zahara proactively began to diversify its product offering, adding a variety of online and offline products and services and eventually integrating all travel and tourism related services under the direction of a single establishment. This striving towards excellence via innovation is what has led to us thrice being named the ‘Times Winner of Oman Tourism Excellence Awards’ from Ministry of Tourism, Sultanate of Oman.
