Trip advisor Review: "Amazing Experience "

Everything about this resort exceeded our expectations! What an amazing trip it was. Aura arranged everything for us and made it a completely stress free travel experience. We did a fishing trip on the Panama Canal for peacock bass and the tour guide, Abelardo, was amazing! We would definitely recommend this tour. Once we arrived in David, we were picked up by Edi. He is definitely one of the sweetest people we have ever met. He took care of us all week and made our stay at the resort so relaxing! We fished for 4 full days during our stay. Captain ChiChi is by far one of the best captains we have ever fished with. Him and his first mates worked tirelessly the entire time we were on the water. We managed to catch 3 400+ lb. marlins, a huge tuna, red snapper, sailfish, and a handful of jack crevalles. Another big highlight of the resort is the chef, Eric! Amazing food all week. It was great to enjoy the tuna and snapper that we caught all week. It was truly a 5 star experience. The resort is well kept and has amazing views! We cannot wait to return. After our return to Panama City, Aura arranged a city and Panama Canal tour. We cannot begin to describe how wonderful our tour guide, Archie, was. He spent his entire day showing us the highlights of Panama City. He is a beautiful soul and will remain a friend of ours for life!

Mate Dislocates Shoulder gaffing Tuna 1 of 5

This is an amazing Video of Martin one of our mates who gaffed a 100lbs plus Tuna, when it suddenly shot off away from the boat pulling him off his feet (he was only saved from a swim by Edward the 2nd mate who grabbed him by the belt and one of the clients who grabbed his ankle) and pulled his shoulder completly out of its socket dislocating the shoulder, nevertheless he hung onto the gaff and then gaffed the Tuna and helped bring it on board before collapsing in agony. The next day after being released from hospital the clients invited him for dinner as their "Guest of honour" where he was greeted with a resouding burst of applause and a fantastic dinner from Chef Erick.
