It was a very special School trip some 30 years ago, a group of school kids from England decided to come to Peru and I was in charge of the adventures here. It was great real adventure times, those years in a very different country than now, we did an amazing trip, even with the problems of those years, comunication, Bank strikes, difficult roads, and none of what we have now in terms of logistics... We did have a true Peruvian Adventure in the most simple ways in the Mountains, around Huaytapallana, also in Chanchamayo and Oxapampa areas with a visit to Tambo River, before terrorism, to spend time with my Ashaninca friends, intense memories of a very special time. Thanks Brad Parkes for bringing back those memories, here some pictures also sharing the one you sent, you might remember my father who also came in the trip helping in the jungle. Greetings from Peru. I am glad you had a reunion, maybe another one could be in Peru?

After 25 days visiting the Central Andes, including Huaytapallana and the High Jungle, then Cusco, Bev, Randy and Jane went back to Canada.
Thanks for visiting Peru, we hope your memories will stay with you forever, as we try to provide with all our trips real traveling experiences, more than tours. We will be waiting for the pictures of the Cusco trip!

Incas del Peru, La Casa de la Abuela, Incas del Peru and La Cabaña are all places where many travellers and locals enjoy in Huancayo, all our efforts are well reccomended in the best travel guide books since many years, we are glad people enjoy our services all this many years, still some new "volunteer organizations" "non profit" would have to learn a bit of ethics and respect if they want to work for real.
