Eric and his father both have impressive careers as mountain guides, along with over 42 years of managerial experience in the tourism industry. All our prices are not included the (IGV 18%)tax in our hotel service and trips-tours.
If youbook a tour with us: Full payment is required atcheckout, this will include accommodation and any additional charges includingdrinks and tours/activities. Unfortunately we do not have credit cardsfacilities, all payments are cash only. Our shuttles/drivers can stop at cashmachines/atms on the way - just ask them. There are also many ATMs very closeto our hotel, we have one just a 2-minute walk away.
Please remember that we are a small business โPeruExpeditions Toursโ and our reception is open during business hours only(although staff are available 24 hrs for any emergency). Our hotel โAlpamayoGuest House IIโ is surrounded by Private Property.
Guests are only permitted on our neighbours'land when accompanied by SGC staff. Please respect our neighbours. We have numerous uphill uneven pathssurrounding the hotel. Children must be supervised at all times, and sorry, butwe do not allow pets for the tours, if you want to take, you have to go to theoffice of PNH: National Park Huascaran. Our activities involve 'adventure.' There isno insurance for our type of business in Peru therefore we cannot take anyresponsibility for any type of accident or loss of any kind. All guests mustensure they have suitable travel insurance before arriving at The โAlpamayo Guest House IIโ. All of activitiesrequire moderate fitness level, please be aware of this before signing up.
We recommend having international GlobalRescue insurance from the United States or a similar one.
