Medicinal plants have been used by traditions in search of wisdom and spiritual growth for thousands of years.

In the tradition of Amazonian healers, the ayahuasca vine, among many other plants, has been used as a tool to connect with human and non-human spirits, in search of wisdom and guidance to help the healing and spiritual ascent of the individual.

In recent times, there has been an increase in interest in the possible benefits of using medicinal plants to enrich spiritual experiences. Medicinal plants can facilitate a connection with something beyond the self, leading to powerful spiritual experiences.

Medicinal plants should be used with respect, intention and under the guidance of an experienced healer. Approaching them lightly or without adequate preparation can lead to negative experiences.

Nowadays, many people seek to enrich their spiritual experiences through these plants. However, it is essential to do so with proper preparation, respect and guidance within a safe and encouraging environment where participants can experience the significant impact of medicinal plants on personal growth and spiritual advancement.

It is crucial to approach these experiences with a receptive mindset and a willingness to explore uncharted territories.

Ayahuasca has gained popularity in recent decades, especially among travelers and those seeking spiritual experiences.

Ayahuasca should not be considered a tourist attraction because it is an ancient medicine that requires deep respect for the Amazonian culture and the presence of an experienced healer in the ceremonies and for ingestion is of vital importance. Consuming ayahuasca without an adequate ritual and cultural context can be dangerous and does not provide the expected benefits.

The presence of the healer is crucial when taking ayahuasca because they are the one who guides and communicates with the spirits, which is essential for a safe and meaningful experience.
Ayahuasca is not suitable for everyone. It is a very strong experience that requires clear intention and adequate preparation. It should not be consumed out of curiosity or passing fad.

Many people have shared their experiences with ayahuasca, highlighting its ability to heal, provide perspective, and connect with spirituality. However, it is also important to mention that not everyone has had positive experiences and that it is essential to properly research and prepare before consuming the substance.
Ayahuasca has been used as medicine for many years, especially to treat phobias and traumas. Its ritualized use is common in Amazonian culture and many recognize its effectiveness as a therapeutic tool.

Ayahuasca also has a dark side. In some tribes, it has been used as a means of escapism and has been associated with violence and witchcraft. It is important to remember that ayahuasca is a medicine that must be respected and used with care.

In summary, ayahuasca is a complex substance that requires deep respect for the Amazonian culture and adequate preparation for its consumption. Although it can be a powerful tool for healing and spiritual connection, it is not suitable for everyone and should be used with care and responsibility.

And finally, ayahuasca teaches a unique lesson: love.
The plant shows us that living through love for everything that exists to live in harmony with the Universe.

The use of the word “sacred plant” is not correct, since the term “sacred” is a qualifying adjective that designates everything that is consecrated to worship a divinity or that is related to some religion. If you want to refer to the peculiarity of the property of a medicinal plant that facilitates connection, communication and communion with the spirit of the plant, the following words can be used: Mother plant, master plant or visionary plant. The ceremonies or rituals during the intake of Ayahuasca; San Pedro (Wachuma or Huachuma); coca (South America); mushrooms, pe**te (North America and Mesoamerica) and to***co (throughout the continent), are not a cult to worship a deity, because the only purpose of these meetings is exclusively to heal, and not to carry out religious practices.

Ayahuasca, myth or reality? Ayahuasca is considered as the hope of healing and change. Ayahuasca is literally not a metaphor.

Ayahuasca has been an essential part of ancient cultures, of their ways of transmitting knowledge and of individual and social healing processes. Ayahuasca is considered by these cultures as a gift from God.

The original generations of indigenous and mestizos have been using ayahuasca, as the most complete drink to consume in the treatment of physical, spiritual, organic and psychic cleansing, as well as protection, this is due to the fact that in its preparation, they are used different medicinal plants to give a better action of its active principles in purifying effects and better results in the work that is done.

To achieve the best results from the medicine, it is important to go to a person who knows the plants and has enough experience and knowledge in their dosage as well as to be your mentor in the ayahuasca ceremonies.

Ayahuasca is an entheogen and not a placebo.

Shamanism has been present in the lives of human beings as the most important ancient practice of all time and has been practiced throughout the world throughout human history.

Shamanism is the oldest physical and spiritual healing practice known to man. Each shaman has his own personal secrets that he jealously guards and are only passed down among his relatives from one generation to the next.

Amazonian medicinal plants or “teacher plants”, as they are known by healers or shamans, are for medicinal use and spiritual rituals. Ayahuasca and Tabaco, considered the mother and father of shamanism and are used in spiritual healing ceremonies.

Shamanism carries great responsibility and you must have the ability to transform what you have learned and experienced in the physical spiritual world for the benefit of healing. The ability to use wisdom and experience are very important in the spiritual realm for healing and transformation. On the physical plane, it is what distinguishes Amazonian shamans from other “spiritual travelers”.

The shamans of the Amazon are also great teachers, because they show that everything has a spirit and that everything is interconnected and alive, including the Earth itself. The shaman within the community demonstrates and maintains the harmonious balance between humanity, nature, and spirit.

Not all shamans with religious practices are part of an organized religion. Personally, I work in the name of God, because of my Catholic origin, but I do not consider shamanism a religion, because within shamanism there are no dogmas, sacred texts, or a single founder or leader. That is why the participants in my ceremonies can be believers, non-believers or agnostics. Personal faith should only be based on healing.

HUACHUMA (SAN PEDRO)

Huachuma, also called San Pedro, is a plant that cleanses and purifies the physical and spiritual body. Drinking the plant is a very special experience and rite that dates back thousands of years taken by ancient civilizations such as the Incas.

The Huachuma is known by some ethnic groups such as Hawaccollay, Achuma and currently as San Pedro, it is a blue-green cactus, and its branches, slightly arched and cylindrical, arise from its base to reach heights of up to seven meters. Its beautiful flower is large and flared. It is white with shaded red and orange sepals.

From the whitish pulp of the Huachuma, mescaline and fenite lime are extracted in a percentage less than two grams per kilogram of the plant. The preparation and use of the huachuma has a religious character, for which today scientists and researchers propose to eliminate the inappropriate terms with which it is described and, henceforth, recognize it as an Entheogenic plant, a Greek word that means "God within us."

Huachuma or San Pedro has a special symbol in curanderismo, since it is always in harmony with the powers of animals, plants and supernatural beings.

The main effects of the Huachuma or San Pedro are: Drowsiness or a state of sleep and a feeling of lethargy, a slight vertigo and then a great ''vision,'' an enlightenment of all the faculties, causes a slight numbness of the body, followed by a state of complete tranquility, then, there is a separation, a kind of visual force, even from all the senses, even from the sixth sense, the telepathic sensation of projecting oneself through time and matter.

During the ceremonial ritual the participants are "liberated from matter" and a flight through the cosmic regions begins. Sometimes patients remain in a state of contemplation and calm; some others begin to dance and even throw themselves on the ground.

As with other power plants, this is a plant that the gods gave to man to help him experience ecstasy, liberation of the soul in a tenuous, simple and almost instantaneous way, the time that its effect lasts in the body is 8 :00 hours approximately.

I always maintain that ayahuasca or curanderismo ceremonies is not a religion, it is an invention of mercantilists who play, make fun of and profit from the sickness of others and the faith of the people. Faith in a supreme being has nothing to do with dogmas and pagan sects created with personal interests of domination through deception and misrepresentation of faith and submission through economic power. Why does the Vatican keep so much gold instead of helping humanity? The spirituality that I invoke in my work is with the spirits of the plants and in the spirituality of that supreme energy that moves everything and can do everything.

More than thirty years at the service of humanity.

Ayahuasca is part of the cultural identity of the Amazonian peoples, and very specifically of native and indigenous societies, the use of the sacred vine with its icaros in the practice of ceremonial rituals, is a shamanic tradition that makes it the most used for physical purposes and spiritual healing for centuries.

Kambô is the popular name by which the traditional medicine extracted from a species of Amazonian frog is known.

The big monkey frog or kambó frog is a species of anuran amphibian of the Phyllomedusidae family that generally lives in the Amazon basin: northern Bolivia, western and northern Brazil, southeastern Colombia, eastern Peru, southern and eastern Peru. Venezuela. It is a nocturnal animal and very arboreal, it is used as a traditional remedy in the Amazon, kambô is the common name used in South America to refer to the skin secretions of the Phyllomedusa bicolor, a tree frog that lives in certain parts from the Amazon rainforest. These secretions have traditionally been used as medicine by indigenous tribes, such as the Katukina, Yawanawa, Cashinahua and Matsés. Traditionally, the purpose of this practice —which is commonly known as rana, kambô or sapo— is to induce a deep cleansing of the body and soul, to cure panama (which could be translated as "bad luck in hunting"), to give strength and to cure other diseases. Actually it is nothing more than an antidote or a kind of natural vaccine to prevent diseases and on the other hand it serves for the preparation and spiritual protection of those who are dedicated to hunting.

Interest in the healing potential of traditional Amazonian plants and animals, such as kambô, ayahuasca or the secretions of the Incilius alvarius toad, among others, is increasing people's interest in alternative medicines and Amazonian shamanism. It is important to take into account the possible risks that could arise from its inappropriate use.

The application of the extracted poison is done by inflicting a superficial wound on the skin of the individual with a burnt stick (traditionally known as titica) and it is applied to the arms or chest in men or, for women, to the legs. The effect of the substance is usually characterized by increased heart rate, sweating, dizziness, and sometimes nausea and vomiting that last for several minutes before fading away. The traditional medicine of kambô leaves the individual with a feeling of increased strength, sensory awareness and mental clarity.

Ayahuasca is part of the cultural identity of the Amazonian peoples, and very concretely of the native and indigenous societies, the use of the sacred vine with its icaros in the practice of ceremonial rituals, is a shamanic tradition that makes it the most used means of physical and spiritual healing for centuries.

I share this video with one of my ayahuasca liana icaros. The video is accompanied by some photos with friends that recreate beautiful moments and memories shared with beautiful souls that I had the honor to meet.

I hope you enjoy it. Good vibes and powerful energies to all.

Harmonizing with nature is the principle of acceptance of a creator who sees everything, hears everything and can do everything. The understanding of the value and importance of medicinal plants brings you closer to the teaching of the spirits of the plants, spirits that are very strict and jealous in their teachings, for this you must have a predisposition and a very firm willpower and above all You You must feel that you are part of everything, you must feel the call of your heart and your spirit. In summary, the first step is purification... to receive the knowledge that is allowed to you or that the spirits of the plants confer on you thanks to your discipline and respect according to your progressive evolution, reception and delivery, in communion between the spirit of God and the spirit of his creation.
