The Space
Beautiful apartment with two private terraces overlooking the ocean and pool. Tastefully decorated with custom made modern furniture and appliances. Loaded with
the following amenities: large Plasma TV with cable, Stereo, DVD Player. Fully furnished with all the kitchen and dining utensils, bed sheets, blankets, bathrobes and towels. For your convenience we provide soaps, shampoo and conditioner in all bathrooms. Please note, we are missing photos of one of the bedrooms. This missing bedroom has closet space and floor to ceiling windows like the others do. Guest Access
Guests will have access to the full apartment and private access path to the beach. Interaction with Guests
Our guests can expect us to meet them upon their arrival and provide an introduction to the space. During the course of their stay, the hosts will be accessible via phone to address any concerns or provide further information. There is a guard in site who is familiar with the apartment in case extra help is needed. The Neighborhood
Partake in surfing, swimming, fishing, biking, skating, strolling… or just listening to the waves while enjoying the beautiful sunset. There are various restaurants of diverse types and price points within walking (10 mins) and/or driving distance. We are happy to recommend and share information on questions or concerns you have during your stay. Other Things to Note
For 6 day rentals we can provide access to the beach`s private club for one day during your stay. The club has access to a very large lagoon shaped swimming pool and fine dining amenities (please see view from terrace in photos). Restaurant fees are not included.
