Dear Susana. Oh my!!!!! We were moved into a suit next to the other room and no extra charge!!!! Wow! It is amazing. We are so grateful. AND—no extra charge!!!!
Just returned from@bodegabonfanti, a wonderful tasting with a very knowledgeable young woman and the lunch was phenomenal. It took us nearly 3 hours to eat our lunch. One of the top 5 meals we have ever eaten!.
Gustavo will be our tour person for the entire week which is also very nice.
Mendoza is a charming town and nice to walk in.
Thank you so much for your help and the response of Huentala. It is a beautiful hotel and excellent breakfast. Our room now is perfect! A true “Susana” room.

"This was a long awaited trip for me to Peru and Susanna made it happen wonderfully. We visited Lima, Sacred Valley, Machu Pichu, Cusco and Titicaca and had a great time in each place. Everything was smooth seamless.
All pick ups at airports or stations were efficient. All tours were organised perfectly with great guides. Transport vehicles were good. All hotel choices were excellent. Susanna was always available to help or answer any queries. Right from planning our entire trip to executing it smoothly Susanna did a great job! The sensible way of gradually acclimatising to higher altitudes by choosing places in the right order made sure we did not have any issues with altitude sickness throughout the trip. Thank you Susanna for helping me complete my dream vacation!"

On the way to the lodge, Expedtions will serve you lunch wrapped in these banana leaves. When finished, you can place them in the river, they will be food for the fauna that lives there!
The food consists of rice with meat, chicken and egg chopped into fine pieces and seasoned in the jungle style.

If you take into account the difficulty of the route, the mountainous roads that it travels and the duration of it; we recommend luggage that does not exceed 8 kilos in weight.
Carrying more than 8 kilos of weight can make it difficult to perform the most difficult sections of the walk.
If you have additional luggage such as sleeping bags or tents, you can hire an extra porter. This implies an additional cost over the price of the tour but it will be a huge relief during the trek.

To see Machu Picchu in person is absolutely breathtaking. Rising 2,430 metres above sea level, the views from the top on a clear day will simply blow you away.
