´´We (6 of us) had a tour of 3 countries, in 16 days covering Chile(Santiago, Puerto Natales), Argentina(El Calafate, Uzhuaia, Buenos Aires, Iguazu), Brazil (Iguazu & Rio).
It was very well organized by Marita Nunez of Peru trip advisors.
When we approached her for the trips, we were concerned about the reliability but her professional approach removed some of it. She always responded to the queries and arranged most of the tour as private and the places where we want to go.
It was custom built for us and we are so happy that she did it. We got the boarding pass for all our flights(5 of them) and bus ticket all arranged previous day and our group in a row. When we reached each airport, there was somebody waiting for us and gives me security feeling as we are new to the place.
She was available to us in whatsapp 24/7.
Tours were executed as promised with Eenglish speaking guides.
I really recommend Marita for tour needs.´´

Dear Susana. Oh my!!!!! We were moved into a suit next to the other room and no extra charge!!!! Wow! It is amazing. We are so grateful. AND—no extra charge!!!!
Just returned from@bodegabonfanti, a wonderful tasting with a very knowledgeable young woman and the lunch was phenomenal. It took us nearly 3 hours to eat our lunch. One of the top 5 meals we have ever eaten!.
Gustavo will be our tour person for the entire week which is also very nice.
Mendoza is a charming town and nice to walk in.
Thank you so much for your help and the response of Huentala. It is a beautiful hotel and excellent breakfast. Our room now is perfect! A true “Susana” room.

"This was a long awaited trip for me to Peru and Susanna made it happen wonderfully. We visited Lima, Sacred Valley, Machu Pichu, Cusco and Titicaca and had a great time in each place. Everything was smooth seamless.
All pick ups at airports or stations were efficient. All tours were organised perfectly with great guides. Transport vehicles were good. All hotel choices were excellent. Susanna was always available to help or answer any queries. Right from planning our entire trip to executing it smoothly Susanna did a great job! The sensible way of gradually acclimatising to higher altitudes by choosing places in the right order made sure we did not have any issues with altitude sickness throughout the trip. Thank you Susanna for helping me complete my dream vacation!"
