Villa Nella is a small, family-owned beach house located in Tupa, Agno, Pangasinan. Unlike traditional resorts, it is a private family home that has been temporarily opened to generate support for its maintenance and improvement while our family members are working away.

We offer an affordable and peaceful place for visitors looking for a simple, budget-friendly getaway. While Villa Nella provides a comfortable and quiet environment, it does not have the luxury facilities or services typically found in resorts. The rent is below the average only. The fees collected helps us cover essential expenses like electricity, internet, our caretaker's salary and regular maintenance. A portion is also allocated to improving the house and its facilities, especially after the recent typhoon caused significant damage. While we sought help from the barangay for water system issues, we understand their limited capacity to address such concerns.

Despite these challenges, we strive to keep our home safe, welcoming, and well-maintained, ensuring it remains a comfortable space for years to come. This is not a permanent arrangement but a way to keep the home in good condition and ensure it continues to serve its purpose for our family in the future. If you’re seeking a resort experience with high-end amenities, this may not be the right place for you.
