Typhoon Ursula – Travel to/from Boracay (Caticlan)

In the aftermath of Typhoon Ursula, Cebu Pacific is working closely with the Caticlan Airport authorities, and all partners and stakeholders in Boracay to restore operations to normal at the soonest possible time.
We have deployed additional manpower and resources at the airport. For affected passengers, please approach our ground staff for assistance in your re-accommodation to the next available flight. Please allot ample time for check in and boarding as infrastructure is limited and connectivity is intermittent.
Passengers who have access to stable internet connections may manage their own Caticlan (MPH) bookings* through the Cebu Pacific website, https://book.cebupacificair.com/Manage/Retrieve, with the following options:
•Rebook flights within 30 days without penalties
•Refund tickets in full
•Store the value of the ticket in a Travel Fund for future use.
We will also post updates on the Cebu Pacific website as well as our official Facebook (Facebook.com/cebupacificair) and Twitter (), as necessary.
We are appealing for your understanding and patience while we are exerting all efforts to normalize operations at the Godofredo P. Ramos Airport (Caticlan).
