As we prepare for the approaching severe tropical storm PEPITO, we want to remind everyone to prioritize safety above all else. If you are currently staying at our coastal tourism sites or accommodations, please take the following precautions:

1. **Stay Indoors**: We strongly advise all guests to refrain from visiting coastal areas during the typhoon. High winds and rough seas can create dangerous conditions.

2. **Monitor Updates**: Keep an eye on local weather updates and heed any warnings from authorities. Your safety is our top priority.

3. **Secure Belongings**: If you have any outdoor items, please secure them to prevent damage or injury.

4. **Emergency Kit**: Ensure you have access to essential supplies, including water, food, and a flashlight.

5. **Stay Connected**: Keep your mobile devices charged and stay in touch with family and friends to let them know you are safe.

Join the 2nd Fun Walk with Dogs tomorrow, September 21, at 6:00 AM, in celebration of the 13th founding anniversary of the Coast Guard District Eastern Visayas. The event will start at the ALTT Grounds, Sabang II, Allen.

After the fun walk, there will be games with prizes for participants and their pets. Free anti-rabies vaccinations, deworming, check-ups for dogs, a dog food station, and spay & neuter services will also be available.

Additionally, a bloodletting activity will be held at the Municipal Agriculture Office right after the fun walk.

All are invited, especially pet owners, to enjoy a day of fun and care for furry friends!

Come and join the International Coastal Cleanup tomorrow, September 21, at 6:00 AM. Assembly will be at Saint James Plaza with a Zumba session, followed by the simultaneous coastal cleanup.

After the cleanup, there will be a tree-planting activity at the Allen Land Transport Terminal Grounds, Sabang Zone II.

Let’s work together to clean our community. Don’t miss this opportunity—keeping our environment clean and green is a responsibility we all share!

𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻, 𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗺 𝘀𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘆

Idineklara sa ilalim ng State of Calamity ang Bayan ng Allen matapos aprubahan ng Lokal na Pamahalaan ang isang resolusyon sa isang espesyal na sesyon na ginanap noong Lunes, Setyembre 2, ganap na alas-dos ng hapon. Sa ilalim ng resolusyong ito, magagamit ng pamahalaan ang tatlumpung porsyento ng Quick Response Fund (QRF) upang tugunan at maibsan ang mga epekto ng Bagyong Enteng na nanalasa sa bayan noong Setyembre 1, 2024.

Ayon sa ulat ng Tanggapan ng Pambayang Agrikultura, ang kabuuang pinsala sa sektor ng agrikultura ay umabot na sa PHP4,393,778.10. Ang halagang ito ay mula sa mga pinsalang idinulot sa palay, mais, kamoteng kahoy, mga high-valued crops, mga alagang hayop at manok, pangisdaan, at mga kagamitan at makinarya sa bukid.

Sa ngayon, patuloy ang pagsisikap ng Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Allen, sa pangunguna ni Mayor Joey suan, na maiparating ang tulong sa mga residenteng naapektuhan ng matinding pagbaha sa pamamagitan ng pamamahagi ng food packs at pagsasagawa ng road clearing operations.

Nagpapasalamat ang Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Allen sa lahat ng ahensya ng gobyerno na tumulong para mapabilis ang pagbangon ng bayan, partikular na sa Provincial Government of Northern Samar, Philippine Army, Philippine National Police, Philippine Coast Guard, Bureau of Fire Protection, at Department of Social Welfare and Development.

INTERNATIONAL COASTAL CLEAN-UP 2022 September 17, 2022 | Brgy. Cabacungan, Allen Northern Samar Pursuant to the Presidential Proclamation No. 470, s. 2003, declaring the 3rd Saturday of September as International Coastal Clean-Up Day. The Local Government Unit of Allen led by Mayor Joey Suan, and spearheaded by the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO) thru Mr. Roy Pornelos, take part in the International Coastal Clean-up day with the theme: Fighting Trash Free Seas - Pilipinas: Ending the Flow of Trash at the Source. Present in the activity were the Allen Tourism Staffs led by Ms. Bevy Ivy Nalda Municipal Tourism Officer, Barangay Cabacungan Local Government officials, and employees, led by Hon. Mark Anthony T. Ombrog, Barangay Chairman. Also, with the participation of Allen MPS, DepEd Teachers, BFP, Coastguard, MDRRMO, 543 Engineering Battalion and other volunteers. Our biggest thanks to everyone who came and joined the said Coastal Clean Up session which takes place every third Saturday of September. #InternationalCleanUpDay #matinoatmagaling #allentourism

Allen Tourist Information Office by now is under rehabilitation. The said activity was spearheaded by Mayor Joey Suan together with the Municipal Tourism Officer, Ms. Bevy Ivy Nalda. Also, with the presence and special participation of the Members of Sangguniang Bayan, Hon. Marc Aragon (Committee Chair on Tourism, Culture and Arts) and Hon. Restie Edward Anthony T. Lim (Committee Chair on Agriculture, Cooperatives and Acccreditation) . In addition, the other participants involved in this activity were the MDRRMO Team, led by Sir Alberto Cabacang and the Allen Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) led by the Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, INSPECTOR Ronnie G. Florano as well as the employees of Allen Municipal Tourism Office. As we all know, the Allen Tourist Information Office was established prior pandemic. However, due to the advent of Covid-19 Pandemic the said establishment was temporarily used by the Province as a holding area for LSIs in accordance with the mandate of Gov. Edwin Ong Chuan. At present, the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Allen in partnership with the Municipal tourism office had an initiative to conduct a series of meetings for the development of the office.
