(screen name on facebook). Booked and stay at La Casa Verde last July 10-11. We provide the best customer service that we can from bookings, inquiries to checkin & checkout. Promised to pay the remaining balance upon checkin, hanggang sa nakapagcheckout na wala daw po balance ang gcash or bank nya, so she promised to cash in pgkacheckout then will transfer after. We keep sending follow ups, message thru texts, chats, emails and even calling her but I didn’t still get the payment (sasagot lang magppromise, hanapan daw po ng paraan mabayaran) where in the first place, when you checked in in every facilities/hotels/resorts/transients, you are responsible to pay your bills, charges and observe houserules (agree, right?). For 3 years that I’m handling this property, ngayon lang po ito nakalusot samen.
This is an awareness to every business owners, I should’ve not trusted this group of people. I even reached out to other members, but I didn’t get a good result.
Hoping this community will help me reach out to this group especially to this representative - CAMS TOLENTINO. For everyone’s awareness, even the representative - reach out to us and please cooperate.
