Built in 2020, Casa Anda is situated in the heart of Anda Bohol, ready to accommodate and make your stay pleasant and memorable. Perfected with sleek, modernistic contemporary designs, this home is surrounded by lush vegetation that blows cold air, perfect for refreshment and relaxation. Guaranteed hygienically clean and away from unnecessary noise, you get to enjoy a vacation that brings you comf

ort without the worries of safety. The space

Casa Anda has 2 fully air-conditioned bedrooms, a hot and cold shower with sink, a separate toilet, a fully furnished kitchen, a dining, and a living room ready to serve a maximum of 6 people. A floor mattress is also available for an extra person. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed, a 2-door closet, and an extra mattress. A decent space that serves as the living room has a sofa that caters as a resting place upon entry to the casa. There is a television ready for use for entertainment too! The property is equipt with kitchen utensils and appliances to use. In the kitchen, there is a Gas Range for cooking and baking, a Refrigerator to store your meat, and other foods needed to be stored and kept fresh, a Rice Cooker, and a Microwave Oven. A Washing Machine is available located between the toilet and bathroom, there is a small space where you can do your laundry. A Drying Rack is available outside. There is a parking space in front of the house. You're also able to park your vehicles outside if you wish to. But for safety, kindly park inside the premises. Come and experience first-hand the peculiar yet laid-back vibes of Casa Anda, your home away from home.

It is unfortunate that we had to cancel a reservation due to several concerning issues. Our property aims to provide a comfortable and safe environment for all our guests. However, we experienced the following problems with this reservation:

1. Exceeding the number of guests: The reservation exceeded the agreed number of guests by almost half. While we initially allowed the extra guests, the situation escalated due to other issues.

2. Not following rules: We provided clear rules prior to check-in, including designated smoking areas. Some guests did not comply and became disrespectful when asked to smoke in the appropriate areas.

3. Disrespectful attitude: Some guests showed an uncooperative attitude toward our rules and regulations. This behavior hindered the harmonious stay we strive to provide.

4. Creating loud noises: The guests were causing excessive noise and became agitated when we asked them to minimize the volume out of consideration for other guests.

It is important to note that when renting a property, we do not own it. So, it is vital to follow rules and cooperate with property owners.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following our rules. It helps ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests. Thank you for your support. 💚
