We are currently looking for a TEAM LEADER
Job Description
Responsible for managing rosters, training staff, allocating duties and handling problems or queries that require a higher level of authority. Setting goals for the team and produce monthly forecasting reports to see how well they are doing in achieving those targets. Responsible for maximizing sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Give the daily team and individual target.
Achieve growth and hit targets by successfully managing the team.
Make sure that the staff are all well knowledgeable with the product.
Design and implement a strategic plan to meet the required number of bookings per day/week/month.
Own recruiting, objectives setting, training sessions, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Make sure everything runs smoothly from month to month.
Qualifications:
Has been an outbound Telesales representative
3years+ experience in Outbound Telesales
Someone who has managed a Sales / Lead Funnel previously
Able to train and manage sales reps.
This is an office based work.
