9 PERSONS ARRESTED IN ANTI-ILLEGAL GAMBLING OPERATIONS

CAMP LT. TOMAS J PEPITO, STO DOMINGO, ANGELES CITY- Angeles City Police Office under the leadership of PCOL AMADO A MENDOZA JR, City Director, in its continuous fight against criminality particularly the proliferation of illegal gambling, arrested nine individuals from January 17 to 18, 2024.

Based on the cited reports, at about 8:45 PM of January 17, 2024, personnel of Police Station 2 led by PCPT FERMIN B DINGALING, conducted an anti- illegal gambling operation at Purok 4, Brgy. Amsic, Angeles City which resulted in the arrest of the suspects , resident of Purok 4, Brgy. Amsic, Angeles City; and , resident of Brgy. Lourdes Northwest, Angeles City after they caught in the act engaging in illegal gambling Cara y Cruz. Confiscated from their possession were the two pieces of 1 peso coin used as tossing coins and the bet money amounting to Php1,200.00. in different denominations.

Likewise, at about 1:50 AM of January 18, 2024, elements of Police Station 1 led by PCPT BERNARDO A HERRERA, conducted an anti-illegal gambling operation at Mabini St., Brgy. San Nicolas, Angeles City which resulted in the arrest of the suspects , resident of Brgy. Sto. Niño, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, , resident of Brgy. Telebastagan, City of San Fernando, Pampanga; , resident of Brgy. Dela Paz Norte, City of San Fernando, Pampanga; , resident of Brgy. Sto. Domingo, Angeles City; , resident of Brgy. Panipuan, City of San Fernando, Pampanga; , resident of Brgy. Sto Niño, City of San Fernando, Pampanga; and resident of Brgy. Telebastagan, City of San Fernando, Pampanga after they caught in the act of engaging in illegal gambling activity locally known as “Winner Take All”. Confiscated from their possession were one deck of playing cards and the bet money amounting to Php1,460.00 in different denominations.

DRUG PERSONALITY ARRESTED DURING BUY-BUST

CAMP LT. TOMAS J PEPITO, STO DOMINGO, ANGELES CITY- Angeles City Police Office under the leadership of PCOL AMADO A MENDOZA JR, City Director, in its continuous fight against criminality particularly the proliferation of illegal drugs, arrested , resident of Brgy. Cutud, Angeles City.

Based on the cited report, at about 8:00 PM of January 17, 2024, Station Drug Enforcement Unit of Police Station 5 led by PMAJ RODOLFO T QUIROZ in coordination with PDEA3 conducted an anti-illegal drug operation (buy-bust) at Sumakwel St., Brgy Cutcut, Angeles City which resulted in the arrest of the suspect. Confiscated from his possession were the 1000-peso bill marked money and four pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu, the estimated combined weight of all illegal drugs seized is 3 grams with a standard drug price of Php20,400.00.

Confiscated from his possession were the 1000-peso bill marked money and two pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu, the estimated combined weight of all illegal drugs seized is 2.5 grams with a standard drug price of Php17,000.00.

Based on the cited report, at about 11:40 PM of January 16, 2024, Intel/SDEU operatives of Police Station 2 led by PCPT FERMIN B DINGALING conducted a buy-bust operation along Enclientero St., Purok 1, Brgy. Pampang, Angeles City, which resulted in the arrest of the suspect after he willfully vended one (1) piece of small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu to a police poseur buyer. Confiscated from the suspect’s possession and control were another two (2) pieces of small heat-sealed transparent sachet containing suspected shabu, and the 1,000-peso bill marked money. The suspected illegal drugs seized has an estimated total weight of 3 grams with standard drug price of Php20,400.00.

Based on the cited report, at about 9:00 PM of January 16, 2024, SDEU personnel of Police Station 2 served the warrant of arrest against the accused at his residence. Said warrant was issued by HON. FRANCIS VICTOR B. SORIAO, Presiding Judge of Branch 3, Regional Trial Court, Third Judicial Region of Angeles City, Pampanga dated 25th day of July 2023 for “SERIOUS ORAL DEFAMATION” under Criminal Case No. M-ANG-23-00879-CR with a recommended bail of Php18,000.00.

ANGELES CITY POLICE OFFICE No. 1 in REGION 3

CAMP LT. TOMAS J PEPITO, STO DOMINGO, ANGELES CITY- Angeles City Police Office under the leadership of PLTCOL DEONIDO S MANIAGO JR, Officer-in-Charge commended the collective efforts of the men and women of ACPO.

In the recently concluded Unit Performance Evaluation Rating conducted by the Police Regional Office 3 held at Camp Captain Julian T. Olivas, ACPO had accumulated the highest rating for the month of July among 7 Provinces and 2 Highly Urbanized Cities in the Region.

According to PLTCOL MANIAGO, this achievement was made possible through the collective and relentless effort of every member of Angeles City Police Office which gave credit to the city.

CORONA AT UNAN NG APUNG MAMACALULU SA ANGELES NAIBALIK NA

Napabalita kahapon sa Siyudad ng Angeles na ninakaw ang Corona at Unan ng Apung Mamacalulu. Nadiskubre ito ng mga namamanata umaga ng Biyernes July 14, 2023. Dahil dito, ay sinilip ng pamunuan ng Apu Shrine ang kanilang CCTV at nakita nila ang isang babae na kumuha nito bandang 4:30 ng umaga. Ayon kay PLTCOL DEONIDO S. MANIAGO, Officer-In-Charge ng Angeles City Police, agaran silang nakipagugnayan sa pamunuan ng simbahan at local government unit upang makilala ang salarin.

Nagsagawa ng back tracking review ang Angeles City Police Office sa tulong ng City Command Center upang masundan ang naging kilos ng salarin. Dahil dito ay natunton ang kinaroroonan niya na huling namataan sa Angeles-Porac boundary.

Sa tulong naman ng mga residente sa lugar na nagbigay ng impormasyon sa kapulisan ay agad natunton at naaresto ng Police Station 1 ang salarin na si Marife Camus at nabawi ang mga sagradong bagay.

Sa ngayon, maayos ng naibalik ang Corona at Unan ng Apu Mamacalulu bandang alas-syete ng umaga.

Nagpahayag naman ang pamunuan ng Apu Shrine na hindi na sila interesadong maghain ng reklamo sa salarin.

Nagpapasalamat naman si PCOL MANIAGO Jr sa lahat ng tumulong at nagmalasakit upang mabawi ang mga religious items. Ayon sa kanya, ito'y isang matibay na testamento sa kanyang gawin ng matibay na pagtutulungan at kooperasyon ng kapulisan at komunidad.

Hinihikayat niya ang lahat na makiisa sa kapulisan upang mapanatili ang kaayusan at kapayapaan sa Siyudad ng Angeles.

Based on the report, at about 7:30 PM of February 11, 2023, SDEU personnel of Police Station 5 led by PCPT BERNARDO A HERRERA conducted an anti-illegal drugs operation (buy-bust) beside Sunset Estate Subdivision, Fil-Am Friendship Highway, Brgy Cutcut, Angeles City which resulted in the arrest of the suspects after conspiring with each other in selling one (1) piece of small-sized heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu to a police poseur buyer. Confiscated from their physical possession and control was one (1) ladies coin purse containing another six (6) pieces of small-sized heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu, while the 1,000-peso bill marked money was likewise recovered. The estimated weight of all confiscated suspected illegal drugs is more or less 5 grams with an estimated DDB value of Php 34,000.00.

Mandatory witnesses were summoned to witness the marking of confiscated pieces of evidence and to sign the inventory in compliance with Sec 5 in Relation to Section 26 and Section 11, Art II of RA 9165. Arrested suspects together with the marked confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to Police Station 5 for documentation and filing of appropriate charges.

Based on the report, at around 6:30 PM of February 12, 2023, Intel/SDEU team of Police Station 4 led by PCPT ROY S CABRERA conducted an anti-illegal drug operation (buy-bust) at Abacan Foot Bridge, Brgy Balibago, Angeles City which resulted in the arrest of the suspects after conspiring with each other in selling suspected shabu to a police poseur buyer. Confiscated from were another five (5) pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu, while the 1,000-peso bill marked money was likewise recovered from his possession. In addition, one (1) piece of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu was confiscated from -Ar. The suspected illegal drugs seized has an estimated total weight of 4 grams with an estimated DDB value of Php 27,200.00.

Mandatory witnesses were summoned to witness the marking of confiscated pieces of evidence and to sign the inventory in compliance with Sec 5 in Relation to Section 26 and Section 11, Art II of RA 9165. Arrested suspects together with the marked confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to Police Station 4 for documentation and filing of appropriate charges.

Cristo, Brgy Ninoy Aquino, Brgy Cutcut, and Brgy Balibago, Angeles City, which resulted in the arrest of EJIKE, EMMANUEL CHINEDU alias ELIAS (HVI), Nigerian National, male, 27 years old, residing in Brgy Camachiles, Mabalacat City, Pampanga; RAPHAEL JAN GARCIA, 29 years old, male, Filipino, single, call center agent, resident of BF Resort Vill, Las Piñas City; BAYANI LAZARO y PABLO, 40 years old, male, single, Filipino, unemployed, resident of Brgy. Sta. Teresita, Angeles City; EDUARDO PABLO y PABUSTAN, 50 years old, male, single, Filipino, unemployed, resident of Brgy. Sta. Teresita, Angeles City; JHAY MANGUERA y DAVID , 31 years old, male, resident of Brgy Malabanias, Angeles City; and ALINOR MIMBANTAO y ARUBA -AR, 31 years old, male, resident of Brgy Anunas, Angeles City.

Seized from their possession were a total of 17 pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu weighing approximately 29 grams with an estimated DDB value of Php 197,200.00, and six (6) small plastic sachets of suspected ma*****na (kush) with an estimated total weight of six (6) grams with an estimated DDB value of Php 9,000.00.

POLICE COLONEL JURITZ B RARA, City Director, stated that these accomplishments only goes to show that Angeles City Police Office is very serious in its campaign against illegal drugs and putting criminals behind bars to ensure that Angeles City remains a safe place to live, work and do business.

View, Brgy. Balibago, Angeles City which resulted in the arrest of the suspect. Confiscated from his possession were the 1000-bill marked money, one (1) piece medium size transparent plastic Ziplock sachet containing suspected dried ma*****na, one (1) large and one (1) medium bricks of suspected dried ma*****na leaves, eight (8) pieces medium size transparent plastic Ziplock sachet containing dried ma*****na and one (1) large size Ziplock containing suspected high-grade Marijuana/KUSH. The estimated combined weight of all confiscated suspected dried ma*****na leaves, Kush and fruiting tops is 1,500 grams with an estimated DDB value of Php 180,000.00.

TOMAS J PEPITO, STO DOMINGO, ANGELES CITY- Angeles City Police Office under the leadership of PCOL JURITZ B RARA, City Director, in its continuous fight against criminality particularly the proliferation of illegal drugs, arrested (listed), 22 years old, male, single, Filipino, gasoline attendant, resident of Epza Resettlement, Brgy. Pulung Cacutud, Angeles City.

Based on the report, at around 10:20 PM of February 15, 2023, SDEU/INTEL of Police Station 3 led by PLT WILLIAM G MARTINEZ, together with SOU3-PDEG, conducted a buy-bust operation in District 3, Epza Resettlement, Brgy. Pulung Cacutud, Angeles City which resulted in the arrest of the suspect after vending suspected shabu to a police operative. Confiscated from his possession were six (6) pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu while the 1000-peso bill marked money was likewise recovered. The estimated combined weight of all seized suspected shabu is 5 grams with an estimated DDB value of Php 34,000.00.

Mandatory witnesses were summoned to witness the marking of confiscated pieces of evidence and to sign the inventory in compliance with Sec 5 in Relation to Section 26 and Section 11, Art II of RA 9165. Arrested suspect together with the marked confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to Police Station 3 for documentation and filing of appropriate charges.

The Angeles City Police Office will continue in its unwavering efforts to eradicate all forms of illegal activities to ensure peoples’ safety inside and outside their homes. We will continue to revitalize our anti-criminality campaigns to identify and arrest criminals to bring them to the folds of the law.

LISTED DRUG PERSONALITY ARRESTED

CAMP LT. TOMAS J PEPITO, STO DOMINGO, ANGELES CITY- Angeles City Police Office under the leadership of PCOL JURITZ B RARA, City Director, in its continuous fight against criminality particularly the proliferation of illegal drugs, arrested JAY SUAREZ y DELIARTE (listed), 33 years old, male, single, Filipino, unemployed, resident of Purok 4, Brgy. Anunas, Angeles City.

Based on the report, at about 7:20 PM of February 16, 2023, SDEU members of Police Station 5 led by PCPT BERNARDO A HERRERA conducted an anti-illegal drugs operation (buy-bust) along Kalayaan St., Bagong Bayan, Brgy. Cutcut, Angeles City which resulted in the arrest of the suspect after selling one (1) piece of small-sized heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu to a poseur buyer. Confiscated from his physical possession and control was one (1) green coin purse containing another four (4) pieces of small-sized heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu while the 1000-peso bill marked money was likewise recovered. The estimated total weight of confiscated suspected illegal drugs is 2 grams with an estimated DDB value of Php 13,600.00.

Mandatory witnesses were summoned to witness the marking of confiscated pieces of evidence and to sign the inventory in compliance with Sec 5 in Relation to Section 26 and Section 11, Art II of RA 9165. Based on the report, at about 8:30 PM of February 16, 2023, Intel/SDEU of Police Station 2 led by PCPT WELVIN O DUMRIQUE, in coordination with PDEA R3, conducted an anti-illegal drugs operation (buy-bust) beside Ms CHI Supermarket, Sta Cruz St., Brgy Sta. Teresita, Angeles City which led to the arrest of the suspect after vending one (1) piece of small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu to a police poseur buyer. Confiscated from the suspect’s possession and control were another two (2) pieces of small heat-sealed transparent sachet containing suspected shabu while the 1000-peso bill marked money was likewise recovered. The seized suspected illegal drugs has an estimated total weight of 3.2 grams with an estimated DDB value of Php 21,760.00.

Mandatory witnesses were summoned to witness the marking of confiscated pieces of evidence and to sign the inventory in compliance with Sec 5 in Relation to Section 26 and Section 11, Art II of RA 9165. Arrested suspect together with the marked confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to Police Station 2 for documentation and filing of appropriate charges.
