In line with the latest resolution of the Inter-Agency Task Force on the Management of Infectious Diseases (IATF) allowing only essential travelers in and out of the National Capital Region from March 22 to April 4, Philippine Airlines will only carry passengers traveling for non-leisure purposes between Manila and domestic stations within the said period.
Domestic leisure travelers affected by these restrictions may avail of any of the following options:
1. Convert your ticket to a Travel Voucher (request until June 30, 2021)
2. Avail of unlimited rebooking (no rebooking fee) until December 31, 2021. If you will be completing your travel in the same booking class by June 30, 2021 (or ticket validity, whichever comes first), there will be no fare difference charge.
3. Refund your ticket without penalties.
You may request any of the options via the myPAL Request Hub at https://mypal.vip/url/RequestHub.
If you are a leisure traveler already in a domestic destination and wish to return home, PAL will endeavor to operate flights to Manila to accommodate returning leisure travelers.
If you are a Returning Overseas Filipino (ROF), Locally Stranded Individual (LSI) or Authorized Person Outside of Residence (APOR), PAL will continue to accept you on flights, provided that you secure all requirements by your Local Government Unit (LGU).

CEB Advisory: Limited movement in Metro Manila from March 22 to April 04, 2021
As of 9:00pm, March 21, 2021
Due to the rising cases of COVID-19 in Metro Manila and adjacent provinces, the Philippine government has announced stricter guidelines across these areas from March 22 to April 04, 2021. Cebu Pacific will continue to operate flights as scheduled until March 24, 2021, however passengers who wish to postpone their flights may select their preferred option (Rebook, 2-year Travel Fund or Refund),through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website (http://bit.ly/CEBmanageflight), up to two (2) hours before their flights. CEB permanently removed Change Fees earlier this month.

CEB Advisory on Suspension of Domestic Passenger Flights to/from Manila (Aug 4-18, 2020)
As of Aug 3, 6pm

• ALL Cebu Pacific and Cebgo DOMESTIC flights operating to/from Metro Manila are CANCELLED from August 4 to 18, 2020. This is in line with the announcement of Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) over Metro Manila and adjacent provinces, and continued community quarantine over the rest of the country.

•. We will continue to operate the following domestic flights:
Clark-Cebu-Clark, every Tuesday
Cebu-Davao-Cebu, every Tuesday

We also intend to operate limited international routes, namely: Manila-Dubai-Manila, Manila-Seoul (Incheon), Tokyo (Narita)-Manila, Osaka-Manila and Manila-Singapore-Manila.

Flights between Manila and Taipei, along with all other Cebu Pacific international flights, are also cancelled during this time.

CEB will also continue to mount all-cargo flights to ensure transport of essential goods across the country. To assist stranded guests, we will also continue working with national and local governments.
Guests on cancelled flights can choose from any of these options:

• Unlimited Rebooking: Rebook the flight within 3 months, with waived change fees and fare difference. If travel is after 3 months, change fees are waived, and a minimal fare difference may apply.

• 2-year Travel Fund: Store the full value of the ticket in a Travel Fund. This is valid for two (2) years and can be used to book any Cebu Pacific flight within the next 12 months, or purchase add-ons.

AirAsia remains steadfast in supporting government efforts to effectively manage the public health situation.

We are currently coordinating with aviation authorities on how flights will be affected by the government's latest decision to revert some areas, including NCR, to MECQ until August 18.

QATAR TRAVEL POLICY

As part of the gradual lifting of restrictions imposed in the State of Qatar as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, and based on Qatar’s travel policy announced previously, the travel policies effective on, Saturday 1st August, have been reviewed based on public health indicators in the State of Qatar and around the world.

As the Philippines is not included in the list of low-risk countries, all passengers travelling to Qatar from the Philippines are required to quarantine in a hotel at their own expense for one week, provided that the hotel accommodation is booked through the "Discover Qatar website", before arriving in the State of Qatar. After the week has elapsed, the ending of the quarantine period will depend on the result of a COVID-19 test. If the result is positive, the traveller will be transferred to isolation, and if it is negative, the person will commit to home quarantine for another week, in which case the status on the Ehteraz application will be yellow and will then change to green after the week has passed.

All arriving passengers must follow the quarantine policy and conditions of Qatar.

QATAR TRAVEL POLICY

Effective 13 August, Qatar Airways requires passengers travelling from the Philippines to present a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR medical test result when checking in.

Tests must be issued within 72 hours before departure, from laboratories that are approved by Qatar Airways, and paid for at the passenger's expense.

Those that do not have a copy of their medical test certificate alongside a consent form will not be permitted to travel on Qatar Airways flights. Children below the age of 12 years are exempt from this test if accompanied by family members that have presented a negative test result.

Notice to All Domestic Passengers Bound for Angeles(CRK) and Davao City

Notice to All Domestic Passengers Bound for Angeles and Davao City

Please be advised that the City Governments of Angeles and Davao require all arriving passengers to present negative RT-PCR test results taken within 72 hours upon arrival to the cities mentioned.

Davao-bound passengers who are allowed to board their flights without RT-PCR test results will be tested upon arrival and will not be allowed to exit without the result. Likewise, all passengers whose test results are issued more than 72 hours prior shall be retested at the DIA and will not be allowed to exit without the results.

Angeles City-bound passengers should have tested negative for COVID-19 through RT-PCR testing before being allowed entry. Locally Stranded Individuals (LSIs) shall be allowed to return provided that their arrival has been duly coordinated with the City Government and has tested negative for COVID-19 through RT-PCR test. LSIs without RT-PCR test results may be allowed into entry provided they are willing to undergo 14-day quarantine in the city's Community Quarantine Center.

CRK would like to remind all passengers bound for these cities to coordinate with their airlines and local governments for proper facilitation of their arrival requirements.

Clark International Airport

TRAVEL ADVISORY FROM DUBAI, UAE (as of 23 July 2020)

From 1 August 2020 all passengers travelling to Dubai from the Philippines, including UAE citizens and residents, tourists, and passengers connecting in Dubai, must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate. The test must be taken a maximum of 96 hours before departure. This excludes children under the age of 12 and passengers who have a moderate or severe disability.

The test must be taken a maximum of 96 hours before you depart. This also applies if you are travelling to another destination and connected to an Emirates flight to Dubai. From 1 August 2020, you must also take a COVID-19 PCR test on arrival in Dubai if you travelled from the Philippines and other points listed in their advisory.

Clark International Airport

The Korean Embassy in the Philippines will stop accepting new visa applications until further notice with exceptions to visa for diplomatic, official, seamen, spouse and child of Korean national.

Furthermore, effective July 20, the South Korean government will require all foreigners (including transfer passengers) arriving in South Korea to present a Negative COVID-19 PCR Test Result issued within 48 hours before flight departure time by one of the hospitals designated by the embassy.

The Negative COVID-19 PCR Test Result must be shown at the time of check-in at the airport and upon the time of arrival at the quarantine authority in Korea.
