To our dear clients, friends, and those who have supported Shadow Travel and Tours,
We acknowledge the challenges we have faced—the hardships brought by the pandemic, the struggles that affected not only us but the entire travel industry, and the many difficulties that came with it. There were unfulfilled trips, unanswered questions, and unforeseen obstacles. We understand that this has caused disappointment and frustration, and for that, we sincerely apologize from the bottom of our hearts.
Shadow Travel and Tours was once a name trusted by thousands, bringing families together, creating cherished memories, and helping Filipinos explore the beauty of the world. We never intended to cause hardship to anyone. The pandemic took a heavy toll on us, just as it did on many others, and unfortunately, we were unable to rise as quickly as we had hoped. But now, as we seek a fresh start, we come with open hearts, humility, and the desire to do things right.
We also want to extend our deepest gratitude to the clients and staff who stood by us despite and in spite of everything. Your faith in us, even in the most challenging times, has given us the strength to hope and work toward a better future.
We pray for new doors to open, for opportunities to rebuild, and for the chance to once again serve with honesty and dedication. May the Lord guide us, touch the hearts of those we once served, and help us regain what was lost—not just for us, but for the families who dream of traveling again.
