The subdivision has a swimming pool, clubhouse, basketball court & playground nearby! Your safety is our #1 priority as well, we got you covered! The house is close to the entrance gate where the guardhouse is. There is also a 24/7 roving guards around the subdivision.

HOW MUCH?

♦️2500/night for 2 pax (Master’s Bedroom with terrace can be used)
♦️3500/night for 3-4 pax
♦️4000/night for 5-6 pax
♦️4,500/night 7-8 pax. Additional 300 per head in excess of 8 pax

📌With Discount (If weekly or monthly stay)

🔸Check in time: 3 PM
🔸Check out time: 12 NOON

Note: We strictly follow time to abide by the rules. Late check in without proper notification will be charged ₱200.00 per hour. If the guest is late, payment is non-refundable or cannot be deducted at any cost.

-If the guest intend to extend their stay, an early information should be made in order us to check the incoming guest.

📌50 % reservation fee can be sent thru BPI, BDO or GCash
No reservation, no booking policy. First come, first serve
No pencil booking and reservation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

⛱Regarding pool, to be paid in the clubhouse. Sponsored by us homeowners, so it is discounted.

5 pm - 10 pm
(night swimming)

🏡Clubhouse is located in Romagna St. (Main road of the Subd). Very near the main entrance gate.

📌Note: We strictly follow time to abide by the rules. Late check in without proper notification will be charged ₱200.00 per hour.
