The ARTS, Inc. provides an environment for the specialized needs of those pursuing a career in or associated with the tourism industry. It is managed by appointed officials, and funded by membership fees, contributions and sponsorships. Brief History:

The association was initially conceptualized when a group of tourism-related business owners came together and realized that there was a vital need for tourism-related agencies to be formally organized. Through the course of conceptualization, other tourism establishments joined in on the alliance in nurturing the tourism provisions of Rizal. In cooperation with the Antipolo Tourism Office, the association took it upon themselves to be able to design a program that will promote tourist destinations in Rizal. And so, with the help of Antipolo Tourism Office, the name ARTS, Inc. is comprised of all travel agencies and tourism establishments within the Rizal Province. Regular meetings are held to finalize the concepts behind the establishment of ARTS, Inc., designing programs and creating activities to entice more tourists, unify tourist related businesses, and projecting the image for Rizal as a premiere tourist destination by 2020.
