Floodwaters have receded in some areas along the Maharlika Highway, specifically in the 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗙𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼-𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and 𝗡𝗮𝗯𝘂𝗮 𝗣𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼𝗻. However, access through these sections is currently 𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗲𝘀, 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝗸𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘃𝘆 𝘃𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 due to remaining water levels and road conditions.

The rest of the 𝗠𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗮 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘄𝗮𝘆 remains 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘃𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲𝘀, allowing a smoother travel experience across unaffected sections of the highway.
