er skills training programs in travel and hospitality. It has since expanded its programs to include capability building programs for local governments and host communities; institutional strengthening of government institutions involved in tourism; and HRD planning for tourist destinations. APTTI also conducts subject-specific seminars of two-three days’ duration such as Quality Customer Service, Improving Communication Skills, Telephone Etiquette, and English for Hotel and Restaurant Personnel (English for Special Purpose). APTTI is accredited by the Dept. of Tourism as a training center.
