With the peak holiday travel season approaching, Cebu Pacific (CEB) has issued guidelines to ensure a smooth and convenient journey for its passengers. The airline advises travelers to plan ahead and follow these reminders:
𝟏. 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐲 𝐅𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
Passengers should check their itineraries and boarding passes to confirm their flight numbers and terminal assignments:
✈️ 5J flights (Cebu Pacific’s jet aircraft) operate out of NAIA Terminal 3
✈️ DG flights** (Cebgo’s turboprop aircraft) have been relocated to NAIA Terminal 2.
𝟐. 𝐀𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐢𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭
To account for holiday traffic, CEB recommends arriving at the airport at least:
✈️ Three (3) hours before domestic flights.
✈️ Four (4) hours before international flights.
✈️ Check-in counters close 45 minutes before domestic departures and one hour before international departures.
𝟑. 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤-𝐈𝐧
Passengers can skip long lines by checking in through the Cebu Pacific mobile app or website from 48 hours to one hour before domestic flights, and up to four hours for international flights. Passengers without check-in baggage can proceed directly to the boarding gates at NAIA Terminal 3 Gate 1 using their digital boarding passes.
𝟒. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞 𝐞𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐬
International travelers must register their 𝑒𝑇𝑟𝑎𝑣𝑒𝑙 𝑓𝑜𝑟𝑚𝑠 at [etravel.gov.ph](https://etravel.gov.ph) within 72 hours before departure and arrival. The generated QR code will streamline the immigration process. A Customs Declaration Form must also be completed before arrival.
𝟓. 𝐅𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐁𝐚𝐠𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲
Each passenger is allowed one carry-on bag and one personal item with a combined weight of up to 7kg. Passengers are encouraged to purchase prepaid baggage online, which is significantly cheaper than airport charges.
𝟔. 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐓𝐚𝐠 𝐋𝐮𝐠𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
For select domestic flights, passengers must self-tag their check-in luggage at airport kiosks before proceeding to the bag-drop counters.
Cebu Pacific currently flies to 35 domestic and 27 international destinations, connecting travelers across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East.
