Compulsory tipping of USD 7 per person to be collected after the city tour.

ITINERARY
Day 1ARRIVAL IN HONG KONG (No Meals)
Arrive in Hong Kong. Meet and transfer to hotel to check in. Enjoy free time on own leisure. Over night at the hotel.
Day 2COMPLIMENTARY HALF DAY CITY TOUR (B)
After hotel breakfast, join the complimentary half day Hong Kong city tour to visit the Garden of Stars, Aberdeen Fishing Village (boat ride is optional), Mid-level of Victoria Peak, Jewelry Shop & Chocolate Shop and afterwards, proceed to 3D Museum [After city tour, compulsory tipping of USD 7 per person for the tour guide and coach driver will be collected respectively]. City tour ends at TST area for shopping moment. Guests are required to go back to hotel on their own arrangement.
Day 3DEPART HONG KONG (B)
After hotel breakfast, enjoy free time until transfer to Hong Kong Airport. **END OF SERVICE** (Itinerary is subject to change depending on the flight details, local weather and traffic condition without prior notice.)

Cancellation Policy
• Any amendment or cancellation is NOT allowed once booking is confirmed & guaranteed.
• All rates are net.
• This package is applicable for minimum of 2 adults travelling together.
• Child Policy: 2 years old and below - Infant / 3 - 11 years old - Child / 12 years old and above - Adult.
• Please be reminded that sneak in (without bed) are not allowed as a standard rule, so sneak in person should refrain from proceeding to the front desk, upon check-in. Just present the passport of the lead name in the booking, no need to show the tour voucher. Failure to comply will clients own risk for charges incur.
• Please be aware and careful of the surcharges (exclusions).
• Upon booking, please provide the name of the guest(s) (same as in passport), travel date and state which package in the tariff for faster confirmation. Hotel needs at least one name to hold one room.
• On day/last minute notice of the flight details will be considered as the passenger will go to hotel on their own arrangement.
• Please remind the guest(s) that they should be in the lobby on time for the city tour/departure transfer pick up. We will not be held liable if they fail to catch the seat-in-coach resulting to their failure to join city tour/departure airport transfer and no special transfer will be provided.
• Package is applicable for Philippine passport holders only. All foreign passport holders will incur a surcharge of USD 30 per person. Failure to advise/inform us upon finalization of the booking, it will be automatically charged to the account of the agent. We cannot collect directly from the pax, it is your responsibility to inform them of such.
• This is for FIT (Frequent Individual Travellers) booking only. All transfers and tours are on seat in coach basis.
• Arrival transfer services by seat in coach from airport to hotel starting from 0930 am till 2300 pm. Passenger must be in the post on or before 2300 pm. There will be no pick up transfer afterwards.
• Departure transfer services by seat in coach from hotel to airport starting from 0700 am till 2100 pm.
• In the event of flight delay arriving 2300 hrs, passengers are required to make their own way going to hotel.
• Only 1 (one) baggage is allowed per person. In case of more luggage and transport is not enough to accommodate guests and request for another transfer to accommodate, additional charge for transfer will be billed directly to the pax who exceeded their allowed baggage.
• Hotel standard check in time is at 1400 hrs and standard check out time is 1200 hrs. Late checkout is subject to room availability but not later than 1400 hrs. Late checkouts will automatic charge one more night.
• Rates are not applicable during peak & blackout periods.
• All rates are based on the lowest category of rooms. Additional charge shall be collected for room upgrade request.
• No refund will be extended for any unused services or tickets.
• For the pax who cannot pass the immigration in the International airport, the tour fare is non-rebookable, non-transferrable & non-refundable.
• Please remind the guest(s) regarding the compulsory tipping of USD 7 per person after the city tour in each destination (Hong Kong, Macau & Shenzhen). If pax did not pay after the tour, it will be charged to the account of the agent.
• In case of force majeure eg. Emergency, accident, storm, rally, typhoon etc. which are beyond our control, S&R TRAVEL & TOURS will not be liable to any surcharges/penalties imposed by the hotel and other suppliers.
• All room category and bedding are subject to availability upon check in.
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
