DAY 03 - HELSINKI CITY TOUR, FINLAND | Breakfast, Dinner
•Breakfast at the hotel. Afterwards, start your fully guided tour around the city. Get ready to encounter some of Helsinki's most famous sights! Visit the Havis Amanda, the famous Art Nouveau fountain, and explore Senate Square and its buildings. Visit Helsinki Cathedral, Uspenski Cathedral, and the Rock Church (Temppeliaukio).

DAY 04 - TALLINN DAY TOUR, ESTONIA | Breakfast, Dinner
•Breakfast then head to port. After 2 hours of sailing, you'll arrive in the wonderful capital of Estonia. Discover the rich history and contemporary life of Tallinn. Explore the Old Town, a UNESCO Heritage Site, and visit Town Hall Square, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, Tallinn City Wall, Dome Church, Danish King's Garden, St. Nicholas Church, Freedom Square, and Estonia's Parliament Building. Return to the hotel in Helsinki.

DAY 05 - FLIGHT HELSINKI TO ROVANIEMI, FINLAND | Breakfast, Dinner
•Proceed to the airport for a flight into magical Rovaniemi Lapland! Check-in then explore the snowy city centre. It is small but charming with children ice skating and sledging on the main streets, you'll also find a shoping centre and lots of restaurants to try the local cuisine

DAY 06 - DOG SLEDDING & AN ARCTIC STAY
•This morning, you’ll join a 10-kilometre (6-mile) guided dog sledding excursion. When you arrive at the husky farm, you’ll hear the excited huskies waiting for their chance to run through the snow-covered forest trail. Following a brief lesson at the kennel, you’ll drive your own sleigh, pulled by a team of energetic huskies, through the woods and over the snowy plains. There will be 2 people sharing each sleigh, taking turns mushing.
In the afternoon, you will head to the Arctic Snowhotel. This complex is built entirely of snow and ice each year. Here you’ll enjoy a guided tour to see the beautiful ice rooms as well as the ice restaurant and ice bar.
After the tour, tuck into a 3-course dinner based on local specialties at the rustic kota. It is modeled after a traditional Sámi structure for a cozy atmosphere. Before staying the night under the stars in a glass igloo, you could end the evening with a traditional Finnish sauna session.

DAY 07 - SÁMI CULTURE & THE SANTA CLAUS VILLAGE | Breakfast, Dinner
•Start the morning early with a hearty breakfast at the Arctic Snowhotel Resort before returning to Rovaniemi. Later that morning, you will join a tour to a reindeer farm before continuing on to the Santa Claus Village.
At the reindeer farm, you’ll learn about the Sámi people and their culture. Their way of life includes reindeer herding, so you’ll enjoy a short reindeer sleigh ride. You'll also join in a special ceremony of crossing the Arctic Circle. Next up, you’ll travel to the Santa Claus Village. Here, you’ll have some time to do some souvenir shopping, send postcards from Santa’s Main Post Office, and, of course, meet Santa Claus himself! Afterwards, you’ll return to Rovaniemi, where you can spend the evening at your leisure.
Attractions: Reindeer farm, Santa Claus Village, the Arctic Circle.

DAY 08 - SNOWMOBILING & ICE FISHING IN THE ARCTIC WILDERNESS | Breakfast, Dinner
•Today you ride through the white wilderness and enjoy ice fishing on a frozen lake in Lapland like a true local!
The tour heads north on a snowmobile trail that takes you along the frozen Ounasjoki River and through snowy forests up into the hills. Admire the surrounding vast woodlands and wild landscape of Lapland and follow the trail through snow-covered fields until you arrive at a small frozen lake. The guide will prepare you to fish in an ice hole, while the silence envelops you in the peaceful darkness. Enjoy this traditional practice and then fry your fresh catch over a campfire. Afterwards, you’ll return to town for a well-earned rest.

DAY 09 - ENTRANCE TO SANTA PARK AND FREE TIME FOR OWN ADVENTURE, FINLAND | Breakfast, Dinner
•Deep beneath the icy ground near the Arctic Circle lies Santa Claus' secret cavern. Here at the Santa Park, the festivities never end! The "man in red" himself will make an appearance so you can tell him your Christmas wishes in person. Afterwards, if you'd like to take full advantage of your time in the Arctic, you can add more fun winter activities to your itinerary.

DAY 10 - FLIGHT LAPLAND ARLANDA SWEDEN | Breakfast, Dinner
•Today is your last day in Finnish Lapland. After an adventurous winter getaway, a driver will take you back to Rovaniemi Airport in time for your departure flight to Arlanda, Sweden. You will go directly to your hotel for an overnight stay.

DAY 11 - FULL DAY CITY TOUR STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN | Breakfast, Dinner
•Style and substance are qualities Stockholm has in abundance. See Stockholm's historic Mother Church, Storkyrkan, the Royal Palace, and the Swedish Parliament. Then, dive into culture on a visit to the City Hall, home to the annual Nobel Prize banquet. In the afternoon, explore the maritime heritage of the city by visiting the Vasa Museum. Afterwards, experience the cobbled Gamla Stan to admire its medieval history on a walking tour, followed by a traditional Swedish meal for dinner.

DAY 12 - STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN-END | Breakfast
•After a memorable journey exploring the history and culture of these nations, all that's left is to say a fond farewell to your new friends and prepare for your return journey home.

📝Booking Terms and Conditions

Guarantee Deposit: A deposit of USD 750 per person is required to secure the reservation. This deposit is non-refundable and must be paid within three (3) business days of receiving the confirmation invoice. If not settled within this period, the reservation may be released.

Booking Holding Period: The booking is held for three (3) business days. Failure to provide the guarantee deposit within this period may result in the release of the booking.

Full Payment: The full payment is due 45 days before the departure date. If not paid on time, the reservation may be canceled, and the deposit forfeited. For bookings made less than a month before departure, full payment is required within three (3) days after receiving the confirmation invoice.

Bracket Rate: If the number of passengers does not meet the minimum requirement, pricing will be adjusted according to the bracket rates outlined in the flyer

Visa Denial Policy: If a visa application is denied, the guarantee deposit will be forfeited. A name change is allowed for a passenger with a valid visa if the ticket has not yet been issued, provided they join the same departure date.

Ticket Issuance: Tickets are issued approximately one week before the departure date. This timeline may vary due to peak season demand and the operational capacity of airline partners.

Date Transfer Policy: Once the guarantee deposit is paid, the travel date is considered final. Any request to change the travel date after payment is not allowed.

Immigration Process: If a passenger fails to pass immigration at any international airport, the entire tour package cost is non-refundable. The outcome is subject to the discretion of the immigration officer.

Flight Schedule Adjustments: Clients must adhere to any new flight schedule set by the airline. Rebooking is only allowed in cases of natural calamities, force majeure (war, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, epidemics, pandemics), or mandated government cancellations. Refunds are not available.

Cancellation Policy
The package is non-refundable and cannot be rebooked. No refunds will be given for any unused tours, transportation, hotels, or flights.

Once the guarantee deposit is made, cancellation is not allowed. In case of cancellation, both the deposit and full payment will be forfeited, along with any applicable charges.

Cancellations made 45 days or less before departure will result in the forfeiture of both the deposit and full payment.
