Leave No Trace.
HOW TO GET THERE?
First, assembly area at South Bus Terminal (preferable kun early mugikan like 4am para iwas traffic), then ride a bus bound to Dalaguete (aircon bus fare of P120.00/head & 2hrs travel time), tell the driver to drop you at Dalaguete Junction where you can find the 711 store and a habal2x terminal. Then upon arriving at Dalaguete Junction, ride a Habal2x going to Jump-off area where the start of the trek is located (habal2x fare is P100.00/head & 30-45minutes joyride), Upon arriving at the jump-off area, you can rent a rubberized boots(P50.00), native buli made hat(P15.00), & native trekking stick(P20.00) para easy nlng nig katkat2x, then there is a registration area where you will fill-up in the logbook and pay P30.00/head. You can also hire a guide going to the peak but no basic fee (bisan pila lng inyu ihatag), for us wala lang mi nag kuha kay easy ra ang trail (you can find some locals mn sad along the way because they were selling fresh vegetables & fruits along the trail). Going to the peak it will take 30-45minutes ang trek, it depends also due to many scenic stops along the trail. For us, we tend to do at the Peak the, "Team Bang" signature pose, courtesy of The Bisaya Traveler. Then after the dose of group photos & selfies. You can start to descend to the jump-off area. 🙂
Side trip to Kawasan Falls, Badian Cebu:
Option 1: 6-7hrs (almost 27km) walk from Osmeña Peak to jump-off area going to Kawasan Falls
Option 2: Ride a habal2x from Osmeña Peak to jump-off area going to Kawasan Falls for just (45minutes to 1hr joyride & P400.00/head) Then upon arriving to the jump-off area where you can find the Church of St. Thomas de Villanueva, you can start your walk for almost 30minutes going to Kawasan Falls. Cottage will cost P300.00 & water rafting adventure is (P300.00). When going back to Cebu City, you can take a walk going back to the Church and wait for a bus bound for Cebu City (aircon bus fare is P200.00 & 3 hrs. travel time). HOME SWEET HOME!!! 🙂

*Bring Ion beverages like Pocari Sweat & Gatorade
*Bring light snacks (flakes, candies), lunch,1-2 L water, extra shirt,
*Greet all the locals when you pass by
