2. Registered in Baguio Tourism as AE (https://visita.baguio.gov.ph/) supported with Monthly Tourism Report and paying the monthly Occupancy tax.( please check the photos below) ⬇️⤵️

⚠️ As a friendly reminder to good to be true lalo pag “sobrang mura” ang parenta. Isipin mo nalang ang laundry expenses kung napapalitan ba ang bedsheet etc. at kung magkano ang water and electric consumption, salary ng cleaner at higit sa lahat safety.
