y equipped kitchen, a spacious dining and living room leading to a balcony where you can hang out and enjoy the view and the nice smell of pine trees. Apart from the 2 bedrooms and loft, there is also space dedicated for a driver and a helper. Our unit is fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable…

The area is surrounded with pine trees, perfect for a morning or afternoon walk or jog. There’s a mini park with a playground where kids can play. You may also have a bonfire at night and a picnic and a barbecue.
*Firewood and bonfire pit use has a Php500 charge to be paid at the Admin office. There’s ample parking space with 24-hour security. A Laundry Shop is also available within the vicinity. There is a nearby convenience store and mini supermarket. Please be aware that the apartment entrance is CCTV protected for security purposes.
