A vegetable farmer from Atok, Benguet, PJ Haight, shared some photos of the vegetables affected by “andap” or frost.

A chilly 8 degrees Celsius was recorded in Paoay, Atok, Benguet which caused the “andap” where the local farmers are preparing and expecting a heavier occurrence of frost towards the month of February.
