TRABAHO SA CANADA.

Sa mga gustong mag-apply ng trabaho sa Canada. Huwag maniwala sa tsismis na maraming trabaho sa Canada. Priority ngayon ng Canadian government ang mga nasa Canada na temporary residents na may valid status. Hindi na pwede na mag-apply ng Work Permit ang mga Visitor sa Canada. Pahigpit ng pahigpit ang mga Immigration requirements kaya maraming "REFUSAL" ng temporary visa applications tulad ng Student, Visitor at Worker.

Marami na ring pinapauwi na mga out of status sa Canada. Pati mga International Students ay hirap makahanap ng trabaho kaya may mga nawawalan ng status at pinapauwi.

Huwag maniwala sa mga matatamis na salita ng agent o agency na maraming trabaho sa Canada at madaling makahanap ng trabaho.

Yong mga nagpupunta sa Canada bilang Visitor pero planong maghanap ng trabaho at employer ay huwag na ninyong ituloy dahil mapapasubo lang kayo.

May isang nagtanong sa akin na niyayaya siyang mag-apply ng Canada bilang Visitor para mag-alaga sa anak ng kakilala niya. Bawal o illegal ang ganyang arrangement. Ang isang VISITOR ay bibisita lang sa Canada at hindi pwedeng magtrabaho. Kong Visitor ka at nagtatrabaho ka ay "YOU ARE IN VIOLATION OF THE CONDITIONS OF YOUR VISITOR VISA AND IF YOU ARE CAUGHT, YOU WILL BE DEPORTED BACK HOME WITH A BLACK MARK ON YOUR IMMIGRATION RECORD".

Mahihirapan ka ng maka-apply pabalik ng Canada at kahit pa sa ibang bansa. Government's share Immigration record/info sa mga visa applicants kaya hindi maitatago ang bad immigration record mo.

✨EXPLORE CANADIAN ROCKIES TOUR✨

BANFF
Visit all to the “not be missed” sites and viewpoints, man-made and natural, in and around the Town of Banff.

We suggest starting this loop drive at the the Bow River Bridge. Catch a glimpse of the iconic “Castle in Rockies“, the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel, before continuing onto the cascading Bow Falls.

Other attractions that you can explore at your leisure, also located on the south side of the bridge, include the Banff Gondola, Hot Springs and Cave & Basin sites.

We’ll follow Tunnel Mountain Road to capture amazing views from Surprise Corner, and visit hoodoo formulations with views across the sheer drop of Rundle Mountain.

The lakes just on the outskirts of Banff, Johnson and Lake Minnewanka offer great places for short hikes and boat tours. You’ll complete the loop by climbing Mt Norquay.

The Vermillion Lakes thermal spots contribute to birdlife, elk and deer watching and when the waters are calm you can capture a classic sunset reflection photo.

It’s a great introduction to the National Park and a must-do orientation for any first time visitor to Banff.

Allow at least 3 hours to drive this loop, adding more time to stop and explore the many attractions along the way.

WHAT DOCUMENTS DO YOU NEED FROM THE PHILIPPINES?

The documents required as a foreigner depend on where you live, where you are applying, and your travel history.

As an example of documents required for your Filipino girlfriend, here is the IRCC checklist when writing.

A birth certificate is an original certificate printed on PSA paper issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).

IRCC accepts copies of the following documents but may request original documents for verification: baptism certificate or medical birth record,
primary and secondary school records, old passport or birth certificate issued by local civil registry.

If you are getting married in the Philippines, you will need a PSA-issued marriage certificate printed on PSA paper.

If you are not married to your Filipino spouse, he or she will need a Certificate of No Marriage Record or PSA Marriage Certificate showing information about previous marriages registered in the Philippines.

Documents of birth, death or marriage outside the Philippines must be registered with the PSA.

If yes, you must submit the registration documents issued by PSA and a copy of the certificate issued by the issuing country.

The IRCC Document List contains additional information on other documents that may be required by the country.

However, if the birth, death or marriage is not registered with the PSA, IRCC may request an original copy of the document for verification.

Additionally, each country requires different documents, and the IRCC checklist contains the most up-to-date information.

OUTLAND VS INLAND SPONSORSHIP FOR RESIDENTS OF THE PHILIPPINES

If your Filipino partner is living in the Philippines during the sponsorship process, you will be considered outland applicants. Again, it is possible for Canadian citizens to live in the Philippines throughout the process, but you have to show that you and your partner will both move to Canada if you are approved for permanent residency.

If you and your partner are living in Canada, you will likely be processed as inland applicants. When applying from within Canada, you may be eligible for an Open Work Permit.

IS MY SPOUSE ELIGIBLE TO BE SPONSORED?

Your spouse must be over the age of 18, and pass background, security, as well as medical checks.

The government department that processes immigration applications, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), will check to see that your spouse is admissible. People with criminal convictions are generally not allowed to come to Canada, but there may be options to overcome criminal inadmissibility.

The immigration officer handling your file will also want to see that you and your partner are in a genuine relationship. They generally want to avoid admitting people who are just getting married for the sole purpose of getting Canadian permanent residency status.

WHAT CAN MAKE ME INELIGIBLE TO SPONSOR MY SPOUSE?

Certain circumstances could make you ineligible to sponsor. Beyond violent criminal offences, you could also be ineligible for non-criminal reasons. Perhaps you failed to pay an immigration loan, are going through bankruptcy and not discharged, or if you sponsored a previous spouse within three years of your application. These are just some of the factors that could affect your eligibility to sponsor.

Also, if you were a sponsored spouse now turned Canadian permanent resident, you cannot sponsor a new spouse within five years of your landing.

Once you determine that you are eligible, the next step is to make sure that your partner is admissible to Canada.

HOW TO SPONSOR YOUR SPOUSE FROM THE PHILIPPINES?

The first step to sponsoring your spouse for Canadian immigration is to make sure you are eligible.

Are you a Canadian citizen, or permanent resident? Are you over the age of 18? Can you financially provide for your spouse, any dependent children, and yourself?

These are some of the basic questions that determine your eligibility. From here, things get a little more specific. For instance, you can sponsor your partner from outside Canada — but only if you have citizenship status. You also have to show in your application that you plan to settle in Canada when your spouse gets permanent residency status. Permanent residents cannot sponsor their spouse from outside of Canada.

Also, if you live in Quebec, you have meet eligibility requirements at the provincial level as well. You can find out exactly what these are at the Quebec government website.

Next comes the money talk. You cannot be receiving social assistance for reasons other than a disability. However, if you're receiving maternity, parental, or sickness benefits, you may still be eligible to sponsor. Other benefits such as employment insurance and federal training allowances are not eligible sources of income.

In most cases, there is no minimum income cut off for sponsoring spouses, common-law partners, and children. There are very specific instances where you must meet a low-income-cut-off score, which are determined by the government each year. Generally, it only applies if the partner you're sponsoring has a dependent child who also has a dependent child of their own.
