Baguio and Upland Luzon to Experience 9°C Temperatures This February 🥶

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) predicts temperatures in the mountainous areas of Luzon will drop to as low as 9°C in February 2025. This chilly weather is due to the combined effects of the northeast monsoon and the shear line.

Residents are encouraged to strengthen their immune systems by getting adequate rest, maintaining a balanced diet, and keeping warm. This is especially important as cases of influenza-like illnesses have significantly risen over the past year.
