The Arasa Transient is a newly-built home that consists of 3 floors including a roof deck that has an amazing view of the City of Pines. Located in an exclusive subdivision, The Arasa Transient will serve as your out of the city getaway where you can relax and have a peaceful vacation. Being in the summer capital of the Philippines, The Arasa Transient is a great place for families, colleagues and friends! You can also enjoy the city capital's attractions with a 10 minute drive.

The space:
Location: Lexber Heights Subdivision, Camp 7, Baguio City

Check-in after: 2pm
Check-out: 10am

Other things to note:

Pricing (*May vary depending on the season*): There's an additional charge of PHP600/head over 5 guests (max. of 12 guests) per night. You can update the headcount in the booking section to get the total price for every additional person. A cleaning fee of PHP1,000 is charged for the overall stay.

- The space is not suitable for loud parties/events/groups as the subdivision is a quiet residential area. Please observe silence at 9pm onwards as security guards rove around and give warnings/fines on loud commotions.

- Upon departure of guests, there will be a check up on the amenities/inventory of house essentials. The guests will be charged a certain amount if there are any broken kitchenware, furniture, bathroom bidet/shower/sink etc. and general house items.

- Kindly present a valid ID for all adults upon arrival.
