To our valued guests,

It has come to our attention that there have been a few misunderstandings with regards to what guests expect during their stay here at Mimi's Baguio Bed and Homestay. To clear up any confusion and for further information here is a list of what to expect before you check in.

Please note that to serve you better in the future, Mimi's Baguio Bed and Homestay is undergoing maintenance and heavy renovation.

So please be guided by the following:
- Due to the ongoing renovation, some showers and toilet flushes are not working but you may use the others provided in other areas (just ask for assistance).

- There are some common CRs and kitchen areas for sharing (as for the kitchen area an added fee will be included if you wish to use it).

- Since Baguio has a water shortage during the holidays, water is delivered 3x a week only, thus the lack of water in some areas of the house. But, we do have a backup water delivery in case of an emergency.

- Towels and toiletries are NOT included but are provided upon request with an additional fee.

- Breakfasts are upon request but with an additional fee.

We hope though that you bare with us for the time being because these are all being done to be able to accommodate you all much better in the future.
