Former Baguio Mayor and Representative, Atty. Mauricio Domogan, stands firm against what he calls an "unjust and unfair" ban by the BCDA on him and others from the CJH golf course. Despite years of service and contribution to CJH, Domogan and lawyer Federico Mandapat, Jr., find themselves barred over a legal battle to protect members' rights.

Domogan emphasizes, "To withdraw the case, members, employees, and caddies must be absorbed. That's all we ask."
