Ordinance No. 001-2003 or The Number Coding Ordinance allows suspension of the number coding scheme by Executive Orders ONLY for calamity, emergency and City-sponsored/co-sponsored activities.

Holidays are not included thus number coding will remain in effect on December 26, 2022, December 30, 2022 (Rizal Day) and January 2, 2023.
