𝗕𝗔𝗚𝗨𝗜𝗢 𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗥'𝗦 𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗣 𝗪𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗡𝗢𝗪 𝗕𝗘 𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗡 𝗧𝗢 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗪𝗘𝗗𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗗𝗔𝗬. Following Baguio Congressman Mark Go's request and discussion with DepEd Secretary Sonny Angara on alleviating traffic congestion in Baguio, DepEd will now open Baguio Teachers Camp (BTC) with the following guidelines:

1️⃣ 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀:
✅ Weekdays (Mon-Fri): 6AM-9AM, 4PM-8PM
✅ Saturdays and Holidays: 8AM-6PM
✅ Sundays: 8AM-1PM

2️⃣ To balance sustainability and public use, only light vehicles are allowed; jeepneys, smoke-belching vehicles, and motorcycles with noisy exhausts are prohibited.

3️⃣ 20 km/h speed limit will be enforced and blowing of horns is not allowed.

4️⃣ Road access will be closed during board exams and official events held at the BTC.

✅ This three-month trial period that will begin on October 30 will be monitored closely, allowing DepEd Central Office to evaluate and adjust the guidelines as needed.

Late Friday night, we got a call from the owner of a rental car service looking to leave the luggages of their client in our homestay. They alleged that their clients gave them instructions to meet them at our homestay as they are part of the group we were currently hosting. We refused, promptly contacted our guests, and were able to confirm that the rental car clients are not part of their group.

We reiterate this, we personally attend to our guests, from inquiry up until they leave our homestay. Please be careful when dealing with personalities outside of our official page and channels. We are not responsible for any transactions made thru “agents” as we do not have third party representation.
