HOUSE RULES:
1. No smoking inside the unit.
2. Smoke only in designated area provided by condominium complex property management office which is near the pavilion.
3. No hanging of clothes outside the windows or balcony.
4. Please be be mindful of others who are also living in the complex.

GETTING AROUND
I you do not have a vehicle taxi's can be called to transport you to any point in the city, for those tech savvy people, Uber and Grab Taxi is also operating in Baguio so they are also options for public transportation. It's relatively also near a jeepney line, just about a 5 minute walk.
