asts! Though it is but a small company, its heart is set on a big mission, and that is to protect our mountains through responsible ecotourism. The truth is, etag (a.k.a. ‘inassinan’) is one of our famous Igorot dishes! It's salted pork and is commonly referred to by our foreign friends as the Igorot smoked ham. (You should try it while in the Cordillera region!)
